Our orders ship within 10 working days (usually much sooner). We ship by USPS Priority Mail.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns are accepted on non-personalized items. We do not offer refunds on printed personalized products unless we make a mistake. Due to our strict quality control procedures, this rarely happens. In the event that it does, we will gladly refund you your money or reprint your product at no charge. We'll also get the replacement product to you as soon as possible! We love our customers, and try our best to keep them happy.Just make sure you notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order.
